Nikolay holds a degree in Biochemistry from Durham University and a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where he investigated the relationship between circadian rhythms and metabolic disease. He is very motivated by translating science into action and having a tangible impact on people’s lives. This passion led him to branch off the scientific route and start his coaching business, where he worked with people from all walks of life to help them improve their long-term health and well-being using exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions. He is obsessed with triathlon and spends a disproportionate amount of his free time preparing for his upcoming races. Nikolay is excited to bring his scientific expertise and entrepreneurial background to help Maximon build the next generation of longevity start-ups.
