Ildikó Sirman

During her 15 years of work experience Ildiko has worked in a variety of vastly different companies, from small corporations to companies with thousands of employees. Prior to joining Maximon she was one of the first employees and the COO of a Swiss Fintech Unicorn. She has many years of experience establishing HR processes, leading cross-functional teams and projects. Her passion is to build up teams, using creative ideas to find and engage the very best talent.
