Cédric Diego Vollmar

During the last 10 years, Cédric has worked as a partner for an international corporate finance advisory firm. Beside his  extensive expertise in cross-border M&A projects, Cédric has gained practical experience as a CFO for SMEs and NPOs. In the past, Cédric has also worked for the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA) and is cofounder of the Young SECA as well as acting Board Member of SECA. Cédric holds a Master degree in Banking & Finance and has become alongside his work a Swiss tax expert.
