What are the areas of research that are covered by the prize?The Maximon Longevity Prize will be given to an inventor or scientist (could be a student), who either published the breakthrough research, holds the patent or in very advanced stages of research in one of the following topic areas: Biology of ageing and molecular pathways Physical health Disease prevention incl. biomarkers and indicators of disease Behavioral health (well-being, mental) Technology (AI, robotics, biotech, etc.)

Who owns the IP of the awarded project?The winner of the prize owns the IP. We make no claims on the intellectual property.

What is the evaluation process?Applications received through website and internal nominations will be assessed by our jury based on the above mentioned criterias and a score will be assigned on each criteria independently by each jury member. Based on the highest point cumulatively, the winner will be decided.

When will applications be closed?The application window will close on 31st of July.

How long is the evaluation phase?The evaluation of all applications will be reviewed by our Jury between 1st of August and end of September, when the winner of the prize will be announced.

When will the winner be announced?We will announce the winner during Maximon’s annual Longevity Investors Conference taking place on September 27-29th in Gstaad. We will host a Gala Dinner during which the winner will receive the prize. www.longevityinvestors.ch
