Florian Le Thoër

Florian is an all-rounder executive with close to a decade of experience in strategy, program management, corporate development, finance, and impact. His last mandate was to head UBS Global Visionaries, an accelerator for impactful entrepreneurs, after co-leading the origination of UBS Next, the bank's corporate venturing arm as a group strategist. He held various side mandates as a VC and impact ecosystem enabler, such as supporting the European Commission as an independent expert for Horizon Europe. Florian started his career in investment banking in the joint venture of Lazard and Natixis in Paris. Passionate about health and well-being, he is committed to the acceleration of longevity innovation.
