Being a fast-growing company with various start-up teams to be hired, Maximon is currently looking for a Head of HR and Talent Acquisition to join our team. We are open to discuss part-time and remote working models.
As our Head of HR and Talent Acquisition you are responsible for:
Building, optimising and leading all HR processes (workforce planning, recruiting, staff development, compensation programs, exit, etc.)
Developing the recruitment strategy and employer brand of Maximon
Utilizing innovative and creative recruitment methods and channels to build a strong pipeline of candidates
Performing candidate screenings and interviews as well as managing candidate communication and delivering exceptional candidate experience throughout the application process
Managing employee retention and development
Supporting budget and capacity planning
Building a best-in-class HR & talent acquisition knowledge base for our portfolio companies to tap into
Re-shaping the future of the office life and “new ways of working”
A degree in business administration, human resources or equivalent experience
Several years of experience as HR all-rounder and operational experience in full life-cycle recruitment
Proven success using creative sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates, including identifying and engaging passive talent
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to work
Well organized, reliable & flexible personality
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and service orientation
Fluent in English and German
Swiss work law knowledge is a plus
Start-up and/or company building experience is a plus
