As our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you are responsible for:

• The strategic development and commercialization of our Longevity Supplement Company

• Building a best-in-class eCommerce experience and developing a European and later global marketing and distribution strategy to bring our longevity supplement products to market while at the same time minimizing time to market

• Setting the company’s strategic agenda

• Managing marketing budgets and having responsibility for goals and KPIs regarding growth, revenue and results

• Being in charge of building and leading your team and ensuring the implementation of efficient processes in cooperation with the capabilities of Maximon

Your qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing cross-functional teams and navigating fast-paced start-up environments

• Expertise in go-to-market strategies and multi-channel growth tactics for consumer brands as well as building scalable business models in eCommerce

• Top performer of your peer group, whether at university or on the job

• Entrepreneurial mindset: You are flexible and have the ultimate drive to succeed

• Result-oriented working style and strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Natural leader and team player who enjoys taking responsibility

• Passion for longevity and being part of a company with the aim to increase health and life spans

• Professional proficiency in German and English and expert communication skills
